24 hour confidential listening service for children and young people offering information and support on any issue.

24 hour helpline offering advice on any health issue, including mental health.

Mind Infoline - 0845 766 0163 Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Confidential information, support and understanding on any mental health issue. Operators can also send out information through the post and give information on helpful services locally.
