bWell works with employers, communities and the general public to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all people in Birmingham.

bWell is part of the £6.8 million Living Well in the West Midlands programme of health promotion projects, funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

bWell Community Road Show

The bWell Community Road Show was launched to raise local awareness of the health services and leisure activities available to promote mental and physical wellbeing in communities across Birmingham.

Come along to bWell's road show taking place on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 3rd March

Hawksley & Primrose Community Centre, Kings Norton

  • Wednesday 10th March

Ladywood Health & Community Centre

  • Wednesday 17th March

Shard End Community Centre

  • Wednesday 24th March

610 Youth & Community Centre, Kingstanding

There will be FREE Massages and Nail Technicians available at each of the above events!

All events are from 10am - 2pm.

 bWell is now offering introductory sessions (half day) for employers in order to promote bWell's training and mental health and wellbeing awareness.
